We are starting on a journey through the book of Revelation. Most people think of this as a book about the end times. Actually, it is about the time from the beginning of the church up to and including the end times. In short, it is a book written to comfort us by explaining what God is doing between the time Jesus was raised and He returns. This week will be the intro, looking at the first three verses of Rev. 1, with Rev. 22:6 set in a supporting cast.

Tuesday Craft Time 10:00 am @ CPC. We will begin meeting at the new building for craft time at 10:00 on Tuesdays. Feel free to bring friends, to bring crafts to work on, to bring ideas that you would like to do, or to just come to talk.

We will be meeting weekly at the church on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 for our study.
During September we will spend three weeks talking about why study the Bible, how to study the Bible, and the basics of the Reformed faith. The final week in September will be an event night - to be named later.
Then in October, we will start a study of Proverbs 31, using a book by Elizabeth George called Beautiful in God’s Eyes. Different women will lead the study.
THIS MONTH
The Tennessee-Alabama Presbytery will meet at Prosperity ARP on Friday and Saturday, September 17th and 18th.
Our Mid-Month Mix & Munch for September will be with our brothers and sisters at Hanmaum. It will be on September 19, and we will be helping them celebrate their one-year anniversary at their facility.
